2. Course Terms & Conditions

  • Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of £200 is required to secure your place. This covers administrative costs and secures your training bay.

  • Balance Payments: The remaining balance must be paid no later than 1 day before the course start date. Failure to pay may result in the loss of your place and deposit.

  • Course Transfers: You may move your course date once, provided you give us at least 7 days’ notice.

  • Late Changes/No-Shows: Requests made with less than 7 days’ notice, or failure to attend, will result in all fees being forfeited.

  • Conduct & Safety: We prioritize a safe learning environment. Students must follow all tutor instructions. Deliberate misuse of tools or unsafe behavior will result in immediate dismissal without a refund.


3. Privacy & Data Protection (GDPR)

We take your privacy seriously. All personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We only use your data to support your learning, manage your booking, and send course directions.

  • Contact Information: We collect your name, email, and phone number to log your booking in our diary and contact you regarding your course.

  • Analytics (Google): We use Google tools to monitor website traffic and see how visitors interact with our site. This helps us improve our school’s online presence. This data is generally anonymous and tracks things like which pages are clicked and how long visitors stay.

  • Cookies: Our website uses cookies to improve your browsing experience and for analytics purposes. You can choose to disable cookies in your browser settings.
